Do 123DOCX Word Templates work for both Macintosh and PC?
Yes. All 123DOCX Word Templates are cross-platform and work for both Macintosh and PC Windows Microsoft Office Word application owners.
Are 123DOCX Word Templates compatible with Office 2007?
Yes. All 123DOCX products are compatible with the new Microsoft Office 2007 edition.
Do 123DOCX Photos and Photo Images work with Word for both Macintosh and PC?
Yes. All 123DOCX Photos and Photo Images are graphic images saved in high resolution JPG format and as such are cross-platform and work for both Macintosh and PC Windows Word application owners.
Does every 123DOCX Font and Font Family Collection work with Word for both Macintosh and PC?
Yes and in order to achieve this 123DOCX create each Font in various versions optimized for your system.

Macintosh Postscript and Truetype Fonts are different in format and coding than PC Postscript and Truetype Fonts.

Truetype Fonts can be used on any Macintosh platform and managed through the "Suitcase", and PC version through the "Control Panel" of Windows. All versions of the Macintosh operating system and Windows support TrueType fonts as standard.

PostScript Fonts, also known as Type 1 Fonts or ATM Fonts. Can be used in your PostScript printer. This means the printout, or hardcopy, will look the same as it does on screen. This is particularly important for work going to a service (typesetting) bureaus.

However, except for Windows NT, 2000, XP, and Vista you need an extra program called Adobe Type Manager (or ATM for short) to install, manage and handle these fonts within your applications.

Adobe Type Manager is available from Adobe at their online store.

Once you decide upon the most suitable format for your operating needs, (Postscript or Truetype) and select your operating system (Macintosh or PC). Your font will be available for use in Powerpoint after downloading and installation.
Do 123DOCX Word Templates work with my version of Word?
All Word Templates work with Word 97, Word 2000, and Word 2002 (or XP), Word 2003, and Word 2007, on both the Macintosh and PC Windows platforms.
What kind of computer/ software/ etc. do I need to use a Word Template?
Any Macintosh or PC Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP/Vista operating system that supports; Word Versions: 97, 2000, 2002, XP, 2003, or 2007 can make use of Word Templates and Word Document Template files (DOT's).
